Urgent Hep required

Dear all

Is it true that sanctions imposed on Cuba are harsher than the sanctions
imposed on Iraq?
And if so could you inform me if Cuba is an agricultural country?
If you have any figures of food production for both countries that would be
great.

Many Thanks
