Summaries of the UN Secretary-General's "Oil-for-Food" reports

The following is a list of unofficial summaries of the recent reports of the United Nations Secretary-General on the "oil-for-food" programme. The reports constitute the most important regular source of information on the humanitarian situation in Iraq and the operation of the sanctions regime.
