Thank you for posting the article, it is a big help!

Short has become notorious for leaving, but she is so valued that the blow still makes a dent even 
now. I think this makes it her 3rd step down since the Gulf war.

She may have gained some respect from Blair, but is sometimes called a "firecracker" by the media. 
In an article I read years ago, she was quoted saying something against men, making her appear very 
"feminist" - a man-hater.

One is a threat when the media tries to give the wrong impression to the public. So, she must be 
doing a great job!
