Re: [casi] Where is the 1999 UNICEF report???

Hi Dirk and others,

Although the reports have (momentarily, I hope) disappeared from their customary
URL at UNICEF, a copy of the excess death estimate report is available at:
http://www.uncoverIraq.com (drill into the section on UNICEF).

A little paranoia may be a good thing, and I suggest downloading a copy of this
PDF to your local system.

The crucial August-1999 UNICEF reports were released as four or five PDF files.
The statement of (and statistical background to) UNICEF's estimate of 500,000
excess deaths among children under five is the only report I've posted to
'uncoveIraq'. However, I have the others and will email upon request.

We'd all prefer the reports to have unimpeachable provenance, so I hope UNICEF
restores their links ASAP.

Regards,
Drew Hamre
