[casi] re Myanmese villagers / AG Ashcroft

Background to Andreas's post in case someone is interested.

Article published last September on a "landmark decision" to reverse an
earlier one in favour of the villagers:
http://www.burmaforumla.org/unocal%20can%20be%20held%20liable.htm

There is also a link to the full text of the decision.

(However, the site http://www.burmaforumla.org/ seemed to know nothing so far
of Ashcroft's intervention when I visited it.)
