Interesting. She actually suggests that if ''inspectors''
could produce WMD using some other materials found in Iraq
then that could count as proof of Iraq having WMD. It
depends how you interpret ''put
together as weapons at the last minute''. Just like the
threat Saddam was supposed to pose this should also not be
interpreted to literally.
