Re: [casi] Polio campaign launched in Iraq

Dear Sir/Madam,

As Mark Parkinson, of Bodmin, Cornwall, has pointed out, the "shattered
health system", in Iraq, far from being co-incidental, is, to a very great
extent, the direct result of US & UK governments actions. The UNICEF program
may be helpful, but, instead of putting
a gloss on this story, why not be truthful & face up to the full facts, i.e.
that there is culpability here, namely that one of the parties guilty of
deaths & illnesses, on a massive scale, has, for years, been the British
government!

Sincerely,

Bert Gedin,
Birmingham, UK.
