[casi] Saddam apologises?

Dear list,

The news is claiming that Saddam is pleading with Kuwait for help, and has
openly apologised for invading and occupying that country. In Saddam's
statement he writes "We apologise to God for any deed that angered Him".

This just happened, so I cannot confirm this online anywhere yet. If anyone
grabs the full statement, please post it.
