To Colin & List, May I reccommend a very informative article -not, however, up-to-date - 'Monitoring Iraq's Battle of the Airwaves', BBC News (Feb.19,1998). I had trouble e-mailing it, but you'd find it by using 'Google', then the title, as keywords.
