What a distortion. The US blocked UN intervention in Rwanda after initially
voting yea in the SC, but then graciously offered to sell the means to
intervene to a Few African countries willing to send their people in. The US
mark-up was so high on the supplies that the SGen BBG? had to intervene and
request a lowering of the prices. (US had to make a good profit off the
1,000,000 dead!!) See Philip Gourevitch's We wish to inform you that tomorrow
we will be killed with our families, an excellent book!
Madeleine Albright and Clinton finally apologized for "mistakes made" in
1998. Clinton made his apology from the airport and made a hasty exit.
Today I must work so have no time to respond to this individual. I would
love to see copies if any of you have the free time to do so.
Peace!
