What is the status of human beings belonging to various minority groups in Iraq? Have the sanctions had a bigger/lesser impact, or has it made no difference? ie this is where the regime may play into the impact of the sanctions - eg: THE IRAQI JEW 1948 Jewish population: 150,000 1991:150 Que pasa?
