H.E. Rolf Ekeus, Swedish Ambassador to the US and former Chairman of the UN Special Commission on Iraq (UNSCOM) 1991-97 will be giving a talk in the Examination Schools, Oxford on May 4th at 5pm. The title is "The UN Security Council and Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq". It is not clear whether or not there will be an opportunity to question Mr Ekeus after the talk.
