[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ] Dear All, Southern Exposure, the quarterly magazine of the Institute for Southern Studies, is planning to have its next issue (out in late Dec of this year!) on war profiteering and the so-called reconstruction of Iraq. We need your help, though. We are desperately looking for some pictures – and would love your help. So – does anyone have Iraq pictures of Bechtel, Halliburton, “reconstruction efforts,” or anything of the kind. Do you any pictures that we can use? (Naturally, we’ll credit the photographer) Please let me know. Thanks -Rania "Let's save pessimism for better times." written on a wall on a street in a South American city, and mentioned by Eduardo Galeano. -------------------------------------------------------- Rañia Masri Director, Southern Peace Research and Education Center Institute for Southern Studies http://www.southernstudies.org <http://www.southernstudies.org/> Tel: (919) 419.8311. x27 Fax: (919) 419.8315 2009 Chapel Hill Rd.
