OFF: Expect a Standard Roll-Over - U.S./UK Proposals Seem To Be Withdrawn (For Now)

* Several independent sources report that the U.S./UK proposals, as put
forth in UK draft Security Council Resolutions (see
http://www.cam.ac.uk/societies/casi/info/scdeb0105a06.html) and reported in
the press, have been withdrawn for the foreseeable future.

* It seems that there will be a standard 180 day "oil-for-food" renewal in
early December (4 December appears to be the date).

* Reportedly it is unlikely that there will be any proposal surprises.
