Dear all Andrew Mandell emailed me to point out that the little clutch of articles in the last news posting from the Bahrain Tribune, all about the weapons inspection crisis, are old articles, apparently going back to 1998. I don't know why they suddenly popped up again but I've been caught out not reading my material with sufficient attention. My fear that M.Albright has reappeared on the international scene has proved to be (for the moment. I can't imagine she's going to disappear forever) unfounded.
