Dear CASI list - The Ritter audio is quite good, and reminds Americans to stick to the message - that Bush lied, and that these lies have killed thousands, maimed 10's of thousands and are causing continuing misery and untold costs. Best wishes, Charlie Jenks ** On December 19, Traprock took Scott Ritter, who recently returned from the Middle East, to 3 regional high schools. He challenged 1000 students at Mohawk and Amherst regional high schools to engage active citizenship. He challenged them to demand accountability of the Bush administration for its war on Iraq that has cost thousands of lives, maimed many more thousands, and cost billions of dollars that could have funded health care and education. Students at Frontier Regional videotaped his student press conference. After editing, they will make it available to cable access television and to Traprock for distribution. The day ended with Ritter meeting with peace activists at Traprock's donor dinner at Woolman Hill Conference Center. You may see the photo album of the days, hear Ritter's talk (with Q and A) at Mohawk Regional High School, and read local media coverage at http://www.traprockpeace.org/scott_ritter_disarmament.html Best wishes, Charlie Jenks Charles Jenks, attorney at law President of the Core Group Traprock Peace Center 103A Keets Road Deerfield, MA 01342 413-773-1633; Fax 413-773-7507 charles@mtdata.com http://traprockpeace.org _______________________________________________ Sent via the discussion list of the Campaign Against Sanctions on Iraq.
