[casi] bodycounts

One of Tony Blair's government ministers quoted the figure of 300,000
Iraqis in mass graves killed by Saddam Hussein.

This is from a government that 'doesn't do body counts' and will not
tell its citizens how many Iraqi civilians and soldiers were killed
in this war (even though they now control the country). Nor will they
tell us how many 'excess deaths' there are NOW as a result of the
loss of government and infrastructure.
