 One of the first things the CPA did was to switch the denomination of Iraqi crude exports and 
Ministry of Oil practice from Euro to Dollar.  This was always a sensitive issue: the US had 
objected (completely unreasonably) to Iraq denominating Oil-for-Food transactions in Euro.Daithi---
