[casi] unsubsscribing to MEMRI

Another thing quite annoying and unethical about MEMRI is that once
subscribed to their free e-mail distribution service, they don't make it
easy to unsubscribe.

I subscribed a while back and after determining I have no interesting in
it, I sent dozens of messages asking to be unsubscribed, following their
instructions:

"If you no longer wish to receive this publication via email, please
reply and enter only the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line."

They just proceed to ignore my request.

I also went to their web site and did a search on unsubscribe to no
avail. Subscribing is a cinch.
