[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ] Dear friends, Does anyone have contacts with any of the governing council, or have contacts in Iraq who could get in touch with them quickly? Jubilee Iraq would like to get the issue of the debt and reparations on the council's agenda as quickly as possible. We've been negotiating with creditor governments on behalf of Iraqis for the past few months. Now there is a reasonably representative body, however flawed and hamstrung, we'd like to start working with them as soon as possible.
