[casi] Israeli firms bid for contracts?

Dear list,

If anyone subscribes to Middle East Economic Digest, could they post the
article which says that the US is encouraging Israeli companies to bid for
Iraqi contracts, please.

Given the historic complexities between the two countries, indeed peoples
back to the Babylonian times, it is as if the US administration is not just
culturally blundering, but actively working to cause as much resentment,
chaos, fury and violence as they can.

best, felicity a.
