Dear Tom, Could you please give us an update? Have you found the epidemiologist you wanted? I did get a promise from someone and I wonder if they have contacted you or not. I could also try another man if the issue is still pending. Still, there is something I can't understand. Is it a stupid question to ask why you can't get WHO to do the estimates from their own surveillance data?
