[casi] child mortality

Dear all,

I have seen no monthly child mortality figures since the war - hardly I
suppose surprising given chaos, destroyed records and no Health Ministry,
but wonder of any official body has been trying to keep some sort of check?

It seems to me that they must have risen to even more appaling levels -
given the sutuation, cessation of treatment of long term need, like cancers
- but have been sidelined by the need to rightly record war deaths etc.

Perhaps I have looked in the wrong places. Does any one have any data?

Best, f.
