[casi] Environmental Catastrophe in Iraq-Alert Need urgent help

[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ]

Dear Sirs,

Please allow me to introduce my self Sam AR Kabbani I am an independent volunteer I help any NGO
as environmental problems inspector. I make several trips to Iraq during and after the war with
different NGOs first one during Basra siege I went with mercy corps (American Scottish org) one
time with Kuwaiti Red Croissant ones with Medcins son frontiere and last time with Action Medeor
(German medical aid Organization) and this last one we went all over Iraq as part of group one for
war and mines injuries specialist one human right adviser and inspector and me as environmental
problem inspector. And in this one I discover a real environmental catastrophe among huge
ecological disasters like 50.000 full of petrol 30 miters long by 4 miters length by 4 miter depth
trenches around all Iraqis cities, villages and military post. But the real biological disaster in
a government central warehouses 40 km from Baghdad. Looters stole 5000 barrels full of different
chemical After that they spell the contain on the ground all this chemicals are toxics , but among
this barrels 400 to 500 barrels Tetraethyl lead well known as TEL. very harmful toxic material
this quantity can poison 10 Billion cubic miters of underground and it might kill 100s of thousands
human, animals and the richest reproduction area of marine lives in the region if it will arrive to
the Persian gulf sea I have already the approval of the only specialized American company which is
ready to go with me to Iraq in this critical situation in middle of summer to make site inspections
( soil, underground water, air, and blood test for neighboring villages for only 57.900 US $ it's
the only company one of three approved company by EPA that accepted to do the job and its listed as
qualified environment contractor with US ARMY CORPS OF ENGENEERS . they have the longest experience
in chemicals and lead spill cleaning projects in America they did world trade center demolition and
soil decontamination and bioremediation after sep 11.

Dear Sir. its very important to bring this company to make this test on site in order to have an
official report and a project study for mane contractors to do later the decontamination project.
Because only when we have an official report from a EPA approved and recommended company and
approved by US Army corps of engineers we can make some Government or international organization
take in charge the cleaning project.

Please fine attachments regarding the facts of this catastrophe and the company proposal to make
the site analyses.

Please help this innocent Iraqis from painful death and serious long time sufferance.

Best regards and God bless you.

Sam AR Kabbani
