RE: [casi] This is where the oil for food money was going.




Under the Oil For Food Program Iraq had no direct access and it's impossible they could have 
"stashed" any funds from  it anywhere.

The money was in a UN bank account and administered by them. Iraq delivered oil the UN delivered 
food - oil for food.

The oil they sold on the black market [which included sales to the US] is of course a different 
matter and could have been "stashed".

Doesn't have the same impact though does it cash stashed from black market oil sales.
