Afghanistan had a few token Afghans but they've mostly been picked off and shot by fed up Afghans. Maybe al-Hakim is the token Iraqi passport holder? Will Afghan recent history repeat itself in Iraq? They're anyway not going to get far on $92 million - it wouldn't even turn the lights back on. Perhaps in alleged Chalabi form they'll just grab it and run. best, f.
