==========================================

The Iraqi leaders Garner refers to are:

Iyad Allawi of the Iraqi National Accord
Ahmad Chalabi of the Iraqi National Congress
Massoud Barzani leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party
[Missing the Monarchists' leader]
Jalal Talabani of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan
Abdul Aziz al-Hakim, whose elder brother heads the Shiite group Supreme
Council for Islamic Revolution in Iraq.

=============================================
I [President Bush] hereby direct the furnishing of up to $92 million in
defense articles from the Department of Defense, defense services from the
Department of Defense, and military education and training in order to
provide assistance to the following organizations:

Iraqi National Accord
Iraqi National Congress
Kurdistan Democratic Party
Movement for Constitutional Monarchy
Patriotic Union of Kurdistan
Supreme Council of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq
==============================================

The Iraqi "interim government" are all directly funded by the US Defense
Department, ie Donald Rumsfeld.. amazing.
