With regard to the US military's deck of playing cards of "most wanted" Iraqi leaders to be pursued, captured or killed, the obvious publicity response would be to produce a counter deck of cards of Western warhawks to be pursued and prosecuted for war crimes. But what organisation, I wonder, could be encouraged to produce such decks?
