<OT> In Washington, Nasiriya, Qatar right now the US neo-cons are busy writing the new 'Constitution' and 'Bill of Rights' for Iraq. Can anybody think of a crazier cast of 'founding fathers' to set up a new regime for another country? Rumsfeld as Thomas Jefferson? Poor naive Iraqis, dreaming about "America". Do they know that the last US election was rigged, and that our own Bill of Rights including press freedom is being dismantled daily in America?
