[casi] deprived of sight

I have seen many Iraqi POW's with hoods on their heads, tied around their throats. This seems
wrong. I have perused the Geneva Convention and found nothing explicit on this, but implicitly it
seems as if 13,14 and 17 should apply. Do any of you know if there have been legal interpretations
which explicitly state that depriving prisoners of their sight is a violation of GC law?
