[casi] Another questions for the experts at CASI

Hello, all. There is a Russian site which purports to put up a summary of
Russian intelligence intercepts of US military transmissions regarding Iraq
-- the Russian page is at www.iraqwar.ru and English at www.aeronautics.ru

Needless to say, the credibility of the source is completely in question,
and one can't think seriously of using any of it without corroboration.

There was a fascinating claim made, however -- in addition to the various
other dirty games the Bush administration is playing with "aid," this site
says that the US Navy is stopping ships with Oil for Food goods, seizing
the goods, and then passing them off as US aid. I've been unable to
corroborate this in all my searches. Does anyone at CASI know more?

Best,

Rahul Mahajan
