[casi] Tony Blair and more blatant lies

In answer to a press conference with George Bush, Tony Blair came out
with yet another lie.

To help justify taking action against Saddam Hussein, Blair mentioned
that 400,000 Iraqis aged under 5 had died in the last 5(?) years of
malnutrition - because of SH!

This is now definite policy for just over a week by the UK Government
- publicise various damning figures and blame SH instead of the
sanctions.

Blair is more dangerous than Bush I think.

Could someone on the list email newsnight etc about this statement by
Blair? I'm at work :(

There is also the issue that by going to war, the US/UK have stopped
the massive aid program to the Iraqi people, including Basra. This
will lead to further misery and death and they were warned!
