The UN's OCHA has recently launched its website for humanitarian coordination in Iraq, at http://www.agoodplacetostart.org. The purpose is to act as a central location for data and information resources, with the aim of reinforcing co-ordination and humanitarian response activities. Very flashy. Some quite useful stuff, such as detailed maps of Iraq and information on the various NGOs involved.
