[casi] FW: translation from al-jazeera regarding Basra massacre

Friends,

I am reposting a message from IAC Discussion Group,
hoping those who give their support to the US/UK would
realize what kinds of crimes they are supporting.
I hope next time one of them "pretends" to be a true
Muslim or goes to prayer, he/she would remember those
photos..

Subject: translation from al-jazeera regarding Basra
massacre

March 22, 2003

From:
http://www.aljazeera.net/news/arabic/2003/3/3-23-5.htm
, specifically the information on the massacre in
Basra

“And in Basra, the Al-Jazeera reporter said that the
American bombing on the city yesterday (Saturday)
resulted in the death of approximately 50 people,
including 4 from the same family. 100 Iraqis wounded.
And the Al-Jazeera reporter has confirmed these
reports from the main hospital in the city of Basra.
There was intense fighting – between the American
forces and the Iraqi forces – in that vicinity.”

One of the victims was a 2-year old. You can see her
picture on the top of the

page.

They call this liberation??
