Dear friends,
We went to Iraq in April 2002 with the International Peace Mission S.O.S. Iraq.
In September, Michel Collon, Dirk Adriaensens and Luk Brusselaers made a call against war and
sanctions (http://www.irak.be/ned/kalender/peacepledgeSOSIraq.htm), which became the basis of the
anti-war coalition Stop USA (Stop the United States of Aggression).
Geert Van Moorter and Colette Moulaert, two doctors of the NGO Medical Aid for the Third World, are
leaving in this spirit to Baghdad on March 15. The aim is to be witness of the war situation and of
the resistance of the Iraqi people. (And of course, we do not forget the Palestinian struggle).
We would like to know if some members of the International Peace Mission or other International
Peace organisations are still in Baghdad. If so, we invite them to join our anti-imperialist
movement against the war in Baghdad.

Nous nous sommes rendus en Irak dans le cadre de la Mission Internationale de Paix en avril 2002.
En septembre, Michel Collon, Dirk Adriaensens et Luk Brusselaers ont lancé un appel contre la
guerre et les sanction (ci-joint).
Geert van Moorter et Colette Moulaert, deux médecins de Médecine pour le Tiers Monde partent dans
cet esprit à Bagdad, le 15 mars.
Leur but est d'être les témoins de la situation et de la résistance du peuple irakien contre la
guerre et les sanctions.
Nous aimerions savoir si des membres de la délégation ou des connaissances sont toujours à Bagdad
(les Algériens, Karine...) et nous vous invitons à rejoindre le mouvement anti impérialiste contre
la guerre.
