Yuri Vishnevsky, the head of Gosatomnadzor (Russian Nuclear Commission) says an unspecified amount of Cesium 137,Strontium 90,and weapons grade Uranium 235 has disappeared from Russian nuclear facilities. A dirty bomb exploded in oilfields would render them defunct for hundreds of years. Tempting come-back for Saddam if invaded?
