[casi] Second UN Resolutiion

[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ]

Heard on BBC4 The World Tonight 22:00:

'Blair has suggested to the US to cleverly make the "second UN Resolution" be simply a repeat of
the first resolution which the members already signed last month.
Bush can say to France & Germany, how can you not sign this since it is the same one you already
signed?

Bush & Blair can then say to those who demand a "second UN resolution" before military action, we
HAVE a second UN Resolution sanctioning force.

Blair is not worried since he is convinced he will get the second resolution passed.'
