[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ] Dear Friends, In 1991, the International Study Team (members of which later formed the Center for Economic and Social Rights) undertook the first post-Gulf War assessment mission to determine the human consequences of the war and sanctions. The findings were published as "Health and Welfare in Iraq after the Gulf Crisis: An In-Depth Assessment." The report, which has long been out of print, has now been digitized and can be downloaded as a PDF from our website at http://www.cesr.org/iraq/index.cfm?pageid=mission_report.
