[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ] It's gone beyond appealing to the conscience of the government. They're not listening. The only way we will persuade them not to make war on Iraq is if they believe there is a strong chance of their losing the next election if they go through with it. Paul Marsden MP (previously Labour, now Lib Dem) launched a new petition against war on Iraq on 30th January 2003. You can find the petition on his Web site at http://www.paulmarsdenmp.com. (Link is on top right of homepage). Please help show the powers that be that they have exceeded their mandate, and that they risk never having one again. Many thanks, Esther _______________________________________________ Sent via the discussion list of the Campaign Against Sanctions on Iraq.
