I can't confirm it but I expect that is when the US
will start a war. On the 1st Febuary Germany will be
on the UN security counsel (I believe) so starting a
war with Iraq would become much more difficult.
There's also the Blix report around then which the US
will probably decide that it says that Iraq is gonna
kill us all but in fact makes vague statements that
the weapons inspectors don't know one way or the
other.

Wednesday seems likely.
