Re: [casi] Anti-War resolution

[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ]

Hello Mohammed, perhaps I was unclear in my request. The resolution that I
am asking my Student Assembly to pass has nothing to do with the UN or
international law directly. It is a statement by a Student Body, US
Citizens, who disagree with Bush's stated aim of WAR. It is a show of
solidarity with those who oppose violence as a means of conflict resolution.
It is to show that the notion of Bush's that says "american citizens are
united in our cause" is a false statement and not reflective of the realities
of this country.
