All across the US media it is being made clear that the priority for any
regime 'installed' in Iraq is that it be Pro-US (and therefore Pro-Israel, or
at least passive to Israel).

The American people are being told that the mass of Iraqis will welcome the
American invasion to free them from Sadaam and that a mass of the remaining
Iraqis will acquiesce to the US presence once they are there.

The media is actively attempting to portray this point and to highlight that
what the Iraqi people don't like now, they will learn to like when they have
no choice.
