[casi] Saddam gets less than 2% of the vote

Dear list memebrs,
An Iraqi Institute has published the results of
a survey it conducted in the 3 Iraqi northern
cities that lie outside the control of Saddam's
central government.
The survey conducted by the Iraqi Istitute for
Democracy, asked 3500 people if they would like
to see Saddam staying as president for the next
7 years.
Only 1.8% (64) said YES, 3.7% (128)abstained,
and 94.5% (3307) said NO.
At the same time, the biggest joke in Iraq's
history was being set up in central and southern
parts of the country. The results were published
this morning with 100% turnout, 100% yes vote,
100% black comedy.
