Dear Friends, A reporter has contacted me wanting a copy of the transcript of Scott Ritter's testimony, or written remarks, at a Congressional Briefing on Iraq held May 3, 2000. If anyone has a copy of that transcript or knows where I can lay my hands on it, please email me ASAP. I believe that in it Scott makes reference to his previous testimony.
