[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ] Dear list, I like to inform you that on this evening, October 9th, American peaceworkers with the "Iraq Peace Team, a project of Voices in the Wilderness" donated blood at the US Interest section at the Polish embassy. the activists along with local Iraqis they know, gathered in the front of the embassy to donate the blood to a mobile unit of the Baghdad Blood Bank.then came many others: Pakistani bussnisman, an Indian friend, syrians and Fernch friends to donate the blood. While the Congress is nearing a vote that will give Bush to start another war against Iraq , Iraq Peace Team members hope that their actions will help spur debate in the US about the consequences of another war. they give blood not spill it.
