Dear Friends,
In this article they mention Tom Nagy from our group, there in Iraq with Voices in the
Wilderness determined to be Human Shields. It is the peaceful non-resistance that Gandhi and Martin
Luther King modeled. I pray for them and the Iraqi people. It is true everything this article
says "you can't be a pacifist in between wars" but it takes so much courage to give up your life
and put your life on the line. This article says Voices in the Wilderness will stand next to water
supplies , schools etc. One military man said those are the places the American and British
military will bomb. Please everyone on this list send this article to your media, local and
otherwise. Send it to Senator Byrd. Send it to Bush and your congressional representatives. Maybe
that can be the support Tom Nagy was asking us for, trying to get as much publicity to what they
are doing. That is some of the tactics used by King and Gandhi. The same argument that the Bush
hawks use to go to war(to protect the american citizens) it now might be able to be used to deter
them, in that if they bomb those sites they will be killing american citizens not protecting them.
  Peace and prays to all
                                                                  Peggy
