[casi] question re: '98 agreement

[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ]

Dear all,

In the '98 agreement between Iraq and UNSCOM wasn't there a clause
related to sending diplomats with them in order to supervise the work of
the inspectors and iraqi compliance? Does anyone have more info?

Thanks,
-Rania
