[casi] A web site with film footage

[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ]

Dear List,
There has been almost no images of what sanctions and war has done to the Iraqi people on all
media here in US. However I wanted to make you aware of a web site that has a very powerful film.
Pictures (I have always believed) speak louder than words. I must say that with the help of Voices
in the Wilderness Photo Gallery I have been able to help educate a few citizens against sanctions
and war with Iraq and turn them into activists.

The web site is www.freespeech.org If you go down to the Lies About War with Iraq you will see
FSTV Resources Hit that line and you will get into a whole section about War with Iraq. I also
wanted to recommend a book I just finished by Gore Vidal, called Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace.
This is an important book because he lists all the wars and actions the US government has been
involved in and instigated since 1948. It takes about 8 pages both sides. I think it's important to
reach out to folks who live in the american revolution idealogy of what america is. As Ramsey Clark
said today on LIKE IT IS,
a program hosted by Gil Noble here in NYC at noon every sunday on channel abc," the US government
has become a rogue nation, that terrorizes and is killing the Iraqi people."
Peace to all.
