Dear "Nermin" - An idea. Here in the U.S. Bush has started to say that one reason for bombing Iraq is to "save the Iraqi people." That, of course, is a lie and is nonsense, but I am wondering about presenting a petition from PEOPLE in Iraq telling the U.S. PEOPLE that they do NOT support being bombed, even in an attempt to get Saddam Hussein. I could include in the petition a plea to not harm their children. If I started such a petition online, do you know enough Iraqi people to get "signatures" for me? Could you, maybe with help from your friends, get a thousand? I can get it dispersed pretty widely if you can get enough to make it worthwhile. Please let me know. I think it would be effective.
