[casi] won't accept yes for an answer

Hi - with all this Iraq not complying stuff flying around Bushes and Shrubs
in Washington and Whitehall, it occurs to me that the SCR realting to
weapons inspectors and wmd etc (688??)has a very strong para about Iraq's
'sovereignty and integrity' being of paramount importance. 'Yes is not good
enough' and assassinating a President seems not to fall into this category -
and of course to violate a UN Resolution, apart from being criminal.

If anyone has the wording to hand, it might be useful (stupid, computer
illiterate me again!)

Best, f.
